About the role

We are looking for an experienced recruitment and sourcing expert, a true detective at heart, who thrives on communication, analytics, and creativity, and sees recruitment not just as a job, but as a vocation. Join our energetic Recruitment Team at Scorewarrior and help us grow our world-class talent!


In this role, your main focus will be the fast and effective hiring of top-tier C++ developers and QA engineers, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining the highest hiring standards. You will directly contribute to building a product team that designs cutting-edge architectural systems, boosting the efficiency of game feature development and minimizing product risks.


We work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus, so it’s important that you are either already based here or willing to relocate.


What you’ll do:

  • Own the whole recruiting process to attract top talent to Scorewarrior’s growing team.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to shape the ideal candidate profile and hiring strategy.
  • Ensure the best candidate experience: from first contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every step.
  • Continuously improve the interview process, making it more effective, fair, and engaging for candidates while raising our assessment standards
  • Evaluate and interview candidates to identify the best matches for our culture and needs
  • Prepare and negotiate offers.
  • Coordinate reference checks to support thoughtful hiring decisions.
  • Experiment with and apply modern sourcing techniques to discover and engage hidden talent.
  • Keep our hiring tools up to date (ATS, Notion, and others), ensuring accurate data and smooth workflows.
  • Use data to prepare market research, track results, analyze metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Share the best practices and guide hiring managers toward strong hiring decisions.


What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment within the gamedev or IT industry.
  • Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Advanced sourcing skills and proven experience hiring across social media (Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook), professional platforms (Dribbble, Behance, Artstation, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Habr) and more.
  • Confidence in using Google extensions, X-ray, and Boolean search techniques to uncover hidden talent.
  • A results-driven, proactive, and flexible mindset, with the ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
  • The ability to give and receive constructive feedback, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Strong skills in handling large volumes of information quickly and efficiently, without losing accuracy.
  • A keen eye for detail and precision in all aspects of your work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that help you connect with both candidates and stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for games and enthusiasm for the industry.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills to stay on top of competing priorities.
