Terms of Use

Jaabz helps people discover technology jobs that may include visa sponsorship, relocation support, or remote work. Features may include browsing and searching listings, company pages, saved/applied markers, optional job posting, Telegram alerts, and optional tools such as AI-assisted resume helpers.

Listings may be collected from public sources (including company sites and public channels) and/or submitted by users or partners. We may moderate, edit, delay, or remove content, but we do not guarantee that every listing is current, complete, or authentic.

• You must be at least 16 (or the higher age required in your country) to use the Service.
• You may create an account with email/password or Google sign-in where available.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may require email verification before certain features work.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, appear abusive, or create risk for the Service or other users.

You agree not to:

• Break or bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Service in a way that harms performance or violates robots/meta rules, except with our prior written permission.
• Post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, infringing, or deceptive job content or profiles.
• Impersonate others, spam users, or misuse contact details found in listings.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing dataset by systematically copying listings without permission.
• Misrepresent Jaabz as the hiring company or as a visa/immigration authority.

Job posts, company materials, and contact details belong to third parties unless we clearly state otherwise. Applying usually happens on an employer’s site or channel. Your application relationship is with that employer — not with Jaabz.

Labels such as “visa sponsorship”, “relocation”, or “remote” reflect information as presented in source material or by posters. Requirements can change without notice. Always verify directly with the employer before relying on any benefit.

If you believe a listing is wrong, outdated, fraudulent, or infringes rights, report it via [email protected] or Telegram @Jaabz_admin. We will review in good faith and may remove or update content.

If you submit content (for example a job post, resume text, profile fields, or feedback), you keep ownership of your rights in that content. You grant Jaabz a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service you requested.

You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove content that appears unlawful or abusive.

Optional features may use artificial intelligence or third-party APIs to parse resumes, suggest improvements, categorize jobs, or recommend matches. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. They are not professional legal, immigration, or career advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and using any AI output.

Telegram alerts and channels are optional. Message delivery depends on Telegram’s availability and your settings. You can stop alerts by blocking/stopping the bot. Telegram’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Telegram.

The Jaabz name, logo, website design, software, and original compilation of the Service are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as allowed by these Terms or mandatory law. Third-party trademarks and listing content remain the property of their owners.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAABZ DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE, LAWFUL, OR WILL LEAD TO EMPLOYMENT OR IMMIGRATION BENEFITS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAABZ AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO JAABZ FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED.

You agree to defend and indemnify Jaabz and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue features, or terminate access, when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

• These Terms are the agreement between you and Jaabz regarding the Service and replace prior conflicting terms for that subject.
• If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service.
• The Service is controlled from locations where Jaabz operates; we do not represent that it is appropriate or available everywhere.
• Disputes will first be addressed in good faith through the contact channels below. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
