Jaabz operates the website jaabz.com and related products such as Telegram job-alert bots and channels. We aggregate and display technology job listings (including roles that may mention visa sponsorship, relocation, or remote work) and provide optional account and AI-assisted tools.

We are not the employer for listings on the Service, and we do not make hiring decisions on behalf of employers.

Depending on how you use Jaabz, we may process:

• Account data — name, email address, password (stored hashed), email verification status, optional job title, country, and avatar.
• Authentication data — if you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (such as name and email) from Google according to your Google permissions.
• Job-search activity — saved jobs, applied-job markers, preferences/filters, and similar in-product settings used to personalize the Service.
• Career tools data (optional) — resumes and related structured content you upload or generate, and AI outputs you request.
• Employer posting data — if job posting is enabled for your account, information you submit about a listing.
• Telegram bot data — if you start our bot, Telegram identifiers and alert preferences needed to send matching job alerts.
• Technical & analytics data — IP address, device/browser information, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and similar diagnostics via tools such as Google Analytics and server logs.
• Communications — messages you send us by email or Telegram for support.

Public job sources may already include contact details published by employers or posters (for example a public Telegram username). We display those details only as part of representing the listing and do not use them for unrelated marketing or resale.

• Provide, secure, and improve the website, accounts, and Telegram alerts.
• Personalize job discovery (for example saved jobs and matching preferences).
• Run optional AI features you request (resume parsing/improvement and matching helpers).
• Send transactional messages (verification, password reset, important service notices).
• Send marketing emails only where allowed and where you have not unsubscribed.
• Detect abuse, fraud, spam, and security incidents; enforce our Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

If data-protection laws that require a legal basis apply to you, we typically rely on:

• Contract — to provide the Service you request (account and alerts).
• Legitimate interests — to secure, improve, and moderate the Service, and to prevent abuse, balanced against your rights.
• Consent — where required (for example certain cookies/analytics or optional marketing).

We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed with:

• Infrastructure & hosting providers that store and serve the Service.
• Google for Google sign-in and analytics (where used).
• Telegram when you use our bots, channels, or contact us there (subject to Telegram’s terms and privacy policy).
• AI / API providers when you use AI-assisted features; content you submit for those features may be processed to generate results.
• Email delivery providers for verification and notifications.
• Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Employers and third-party listing sources are independent controllers of their own hiring processes and sites.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (login sessions, security, preferences) and for analytics such as Google Analytics. Blocking non-essential cookies may limit some features. Browser settings can control many cookies.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: while your account is active, for security logs for a limited period, and longer where law requires (for example tax or dispute records). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practicable.

• Access or update profile information in your account settings where available.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or account preference.
• Stop Telegram alerts by blocking or stopping the bot in Telegram.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention needs).
• Where applicable law grants additional rights (access, correction, restriction, portability, objection, complaint to a supervisory authority), you may exercise them by contacting us.

Deletion requests: email [email protected] or message us on Telegram @Jaabz_admin. We aim to respond within 30 days (often sooner). Some residual backups or legal records may remain for a limited time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong unique password and protect your devices.

The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older (or the higher age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.

Jaabz and its processors may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards offered by providers (such as standard contractual clauses) or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be announced in the Service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
