Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical, manufacturing, and leadership roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing top candidates
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with exceptional candidates
Lead candidates through the hiring process with clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a positive candidate experience
Leverage data, market insights, and candidate feedback to refine hiring strategies and improve decision-making
Continuously improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience through experimentation and innovation
Influence hiring decisions without direct authority by providing data-driven recommendations and challenging assumptions respectfully
