Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the TA Manager / Senior recruiters to become a subject matter expert in the requirements for our open positions, with an emphasis on Software Engineers, DevOps, QA and develop a deep understanding of how the positions impact the organization.
- Build strategic plans for sourcing candidates for each vacancy. This includes leveraging market data and multiple sourcing channels such as Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to identify high caliber candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles.
- Build a network of candidates by engaging passive talent through proactive market research and in-depth assessment of candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
- Be an active member of intake meetings with hiring managers and the TA Manager.
- Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing sourcing strategy.
- Be the face of A5 Labs to our amazing candidates. Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships and build equity in our employer brand across our Global markets.
- Build and maintain an active talent pool that the TA Manager can call on quickly.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sourcing experience for software related roles.
- Proven experience of recruiting in European and International markets in the tech/software industry.
- Team player who actively contributes to the team's success through knowledge-sharing, support, and engaging in team activities.
- Experience working in a globally distributed team.
- Proven track record of recruiting in European and International markets, understanding regional hiring trends, and legal requirements.
- Strong sourcing skills, engaging and attracting passive candidates, building diverse pipelines, and creating innovative sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- A love for Data. You enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.
- Ability to thrive autonomously in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, embrace new ideas and problem solve.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate, influence, and provide consultative support throughout the recruitment process.
