Key Responsibilities
Lead integration of compensation, benefits, policies, leveling, and HR systems from two organizations.
Develop a unified culture that balances clinical rigor and startup agility.
Manage benefits and compensation strategies to attract and retain psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and technical staff.
Design support systems for high-acuity clinical work, including mental health resources, workload management, scheduling, and career development.
Oversee recruitment for clinical, clinic, and corporate positions, prioritizing clinician hiring.
Manage clinician onboarding, licensing, payer enrollment, and patient assignment processes.
Build and maintain people systems and data for leadership visibility on headcount, attrition, and engagement.
Ensure compliance across multiple states and organizational structures.
