Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end onboarding (Deel setup, contracts, system access, equipment provisioning) to ensure new hires are ready to work on day one
Manage offboarding processes including access revocation, equipment collection, and clean record closure
Maintain an accurate company asset register tracking hardware, software licenses, and their allocation across the team
Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs, changes, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee employment-related inquiries, resolving issues or routing them appropriately
Update and maintain organizational structure in Revolut People and ensure Deel remains the source of truth for contracts and personal details
Develop and oversee company people policies and handbook covering leave, expenses, equipment, and remote work guidelines
Support company-wide processes like performance reviews, offsites, and team events from planning to follow-up
Collaborate with Legal and external advisers on visa, work permit, and employment compliance matters across jurisdictions
