Key Responsibilities
Own payroll outcomes for the team, including accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Provide coaching, feedback, and day-to-day leadership to payroll specialists.
Lead operational investigations and drive resolution within defined authority.
Own end-to-end payroll delivery for a defined group of countries.
Manage relationships with external payroll vendors relevant to the portfolio.
Support global payroll implementation initiatives and post-launch stability.
Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Track and contribute to KPIs, service levels, and quality metrics.
Partner with People Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Service Operations.
