Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment and candidate coordination across multiple teams and markets.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring processes.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
Help create a smooth experience for new employees joining Tylt.
Maintain accurate employee records and people documentation.
Support employee lifecycle processes and internal requests.
Help maintain people policies, procedures, and internal resources.
Coordinate internal people-related communications.
Support employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
Help gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate people-related activities across different time zones.
Work with managers and leadership on people-related projects.
Support employer branding and recruitment communication where required.
Help improve internal people processes as Tylt grows.
Handle sensitive employee information with appropriate confidentiality.
Maintain organised records and ensure people processes are completed accurately.
Support other HR and people initiatives as required.
