Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Software, and Tech roles across Central Europe
Lead hiring for complex roles using advanced sourcing techniques and passive candidate engagement
Screen and assess candidates for functional, capability, and cultural fit
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical skill areas
Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Advise stakeholders on talent market trends and best practices
Use recruitment data and funnel insights to improve hiring outcomes
Lead offer discussions and manage complex offer situations
Maintain accurate ATS and process data for reporting and compliance
Apply Lean thinking and continuous improvement to recruiting processes
Identify process bottlenecks and share best practices within the TA team
