Key Responsibilities
Respond to user support requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, printer and basic network issues
Reset passwords, unlock accounts and resolve Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 issues
Install, configure and update computers, monitors, printers, IP phones and Android devices
Prepare devices for new starters and collect and wipe devices from leavers
Complete device health checks, cleaning, updates and hardware repairs
Resolve printer and copier faults and coordinate vendor servicing
Pull, terminate, label and test network cables and set up meeting room equipment
Maintain asset records and help users follow IT policies and basic security practices
