Key Responsibilities
Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, file servers, user accounts and permissions
Manage local and cloud backups for servers and Microsoft 365 and administer OneDrive
Install and configure servers, computers, printers, peripherals and network devices and deploy applications and updates
Maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi and VPNs and administer Fortinet FortiGate policies
Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 users, groups, roles, licences, MFA and Conditional Access
Configure and support IP phones/VoIP, CCTV, access control systems and printers
Resolve escalated tickets, guide the Helpdesk Technician and maintain documentation and records
Prepare weekly and monthly IT reports, annual budgets and expense forecasts
Provide technical specifications, coordinate suppliers and manage contract, licence, domain and warranty renewals
