Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic HR business partner to plant leadership, aligning people strategies with manufacturing objectives and business growth.
Oversee all core HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations matters, providing sound guidance and practical solutions.
Partner with plant leadership to identify current and future staffing requirements.
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen retention, morale, and organizational performance.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting production teams, frontline supervisors, and plant management.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and HR data analysis capabilities.
Professional HR certification such as PHR or SPHR.
