Key Responsibilities
Lead compensation analysis for promotions, market adjustments, merit increases, transfers, and new hire offers
Review/edit internal job descriptions to ensure compensation alignment to market
Conduct manufacturing compensation benchmarking and salary surveys
Maintain salary structures, pay grades, and compensation guidelines
Perform internal equity, pay compression, and market competitiveness analyses
Develop executive dashboards and HR metrics using ADP Workforce Now data
Create recurring reports for headcount, turnover, compensation, overtime, hiring, retention, labor costs, and workforce trends
Build advanced Excel dashboards, forecasting models, and automated reports using Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Power Pivot
Present workforce analytics and compensation recommendations to HR and executive leadership
Partner with Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Operations on strategic reports and large data sets for workforce planning decisions
Recommend process improvements and reporting automation
Other duties as assigned
