Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical positions from kickoff through signed offer and start date
Run intake meetings to define role requirements and success metrics
Build and execute custom sourcing strategies
Write outreach and engage passive candidates
Screen for technical depth, motivation, and mission fit
Drive interview loops end to end
Manage offers, closes, and counteroffer strategy
Sell Houston and close out-of-market candidates on relocation
Keep ATS clean and report pipeline health and funnel metrics
Represent Persona AI as a market ambassador
