Key Responsibilities
Build a plant culture from the ground floor of a facility launch
Develop and drive the people experience
Be a safety ambassador, supporting the workplace safety system
Consult on initiatives within the people element of the business plan deployment process and advise about the strategic direction/oversight for plant
Support manufacturing system and positive people experience implementation as needed
Ensure proper oversight on culture and people for the site
Plan and execute talent management and progression/succession reviews
Utilize data analytics to drive decisions to move the business forward
Participate in the interview/selection of new employees and leadership positions
Keep abreast of government legislation affecting personnel and employment policies
Build sustainable partnerships within local community organizations
Drive employee engagement together with plant leadership
Administer local salaried employee performance review procedure and employment related policies and procedures
Execute compensation planning and associated programs and processes
