Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for global roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Develop and execute talent strategies, workforce planning, and capability mapping to support Halter’s scaling ambitions
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess team needs, and ensure alignment with Halter’s mission and values
Build and maintain scalable recruitment processes, tools, and pipelines for high-volume, high-quality hiring
Lead compensation benchmarking, market insights, and data-driven hiring metrics to ensure fair and competitive offers
Shape and evolve Halter’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with People & Performance teams
Upskill hiring leaders through coaching, training, and mentorship to improve interviewing quality and decision-making
Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, embedding inclusive hiring practices across all roles
Represent Halter as an employer brand ambassador at industry events, universities, and forums
Track and analyze key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline progress, candidate feedback) to optimize recruitment approaches
Support internal mobility, employer branding, and initiatives to broaden talent access globally
