Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding processes including offer tracking, background checks, I-9 verification, employee data collection, HRIS setup, and benefits enrollment
Track and ensure completion of employment steps and deadlines to prepare fellows for timely start
Maintain centralized onboarding trackers and identify issues requiring escalation
Coordinate with Finance and escalate compliance-related concerns
Serve as primary contact for onboarding questions, providing clear and supportive communication
Resolve routine inquiries and collaborate with HR partners on benefits and policies
Manage HR communications with discretion and thoroughness
Maintain accurate employee records, process documentation, and onboarding resources
Support offboarding and record maintenance between cohorts
Develop repeatable workflows to support growing cohorts and team scalability
Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
