Develop new technologies to improve competitiveness within production shops.
Implement QC vision systems for vehicle quality confirmations.
Lead equipment projects from concept to launch for new models, capital projects, and refurbishments.
Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality confirmation plans.
Lead projects through process design, machine specification, procurement, installation, and safety risk assessments.
Take ownership of produced part quality for the assigned area.
