Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot production issues, lead system testing (UAT, regression, payroll validation), and deploy Workday releases

Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics to support business needs

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, labor laws, and absence policies across multiple regions

Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives for Workday systems
