Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and grow a recruiting team of coordinators and senior talent acquisition professionals

Own end-to-end hiring strategy, including headcount planning, role prioritization, and tradeoff decisions with senior leadership

Personally recruit critical senior roles in engineering, manufacturing, operations, and commercial teams

Design and implement scalable recruiting processes (intake, structured interviews, offer approvals, and candidate sourcing)

Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on role design, compensation, and selection decisions

Administer Greenhouse ATS and recruiting tech stack, ensuring data integrity and leveraging AI for efficiency

Track and report pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and source quality to leadership

Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and skilled trades roles (e.g., automotive, aerospace, defense)

Craft compelling job descriptions, employer branding, and outreach programs to attract diverse talent

Ensure compliance with employment law and ITAR/export control regulations for defense-related hires

Manage agency relationships and recruiting budget with a focus on building in-house capability
