Serve as a trusted advisor to VP-level business leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent, engagement, and performance

Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations initiatives for onsite and field-based employees

Partner with HR colleagues (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management) to develop and execute integrated HR programs and initiatives

Support organizational change initiatives by anticipating people impacts, developing change strategies, and ensuring effective communication and implementation

Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that align with business objectives

Develop and facilitate leadership development programs, coaching, and training for leaders and employees

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while executing core HR programs (onboarding, performance management, engagement, offboarding)
