Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery to assess customer systems, workflows, and integration requirements

Design and document solutions connecting Zonos to checkout, shipping, and customs processes

Train customers on GraphQL/REST APIs, including data requirements and response structures

Define integration scope, implementation plans, and serve as primary technical contact post-go-live

Build demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical documentation for customer engagements

Troubleshoot API integrations with customers and engineering teams

Support sales/partnership teams with technical depth during customer meetings

Gather customer feedback and translate requirements to product/engineering teams

Represent Zonos at industry events and customer visits
