Key Responsibilities

Drive the full customer flywheel from education/acquisition to activation, paid conversion, expansion, and retention for landlord, agent, and tenant personas.

Design and execute structured experiments (hypothesis, launch, measure, iterate) to optimize growth metrics (AARRR, LTV/CAC, funnel optimization).

Leverage existing trust networks (MLS, brokerage, agent partnerships) to grow through referrals and relationship touchpoints rather than cold outreach.

Collaborate with product and growth engineering to embed growth opportunities directly within the RentSpree product experience.

Scale operations using AI-driven workflows and automation to handle experiments, personalization, and operational tasks beyond manual capacity.

Set baselines, size tests honestly, and iterate based on learnings, even when initial experiments show minimal movement.

Prioritize measurable, incremental results and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
