Key Responsibilities

Partner with the GTM team to provide reps and CSMs with context, messaging, materials, and talk tracks for selling new products and features.

Scale Ivo’s win-loss process, synthesize learnings from customers and deals, and turn findings into actionable plans for GTM, Product, and Marketing teams.

Track the market to keep Ivo’s competitive view current, maintaining practical battlecards, comparison guidance, and objection handling.

Handle high-priority GTM needs, including one-page collateral, vertical positioning, and persona/use-case messaging for procurement and new buyer segments.

Integrate customer feedback, recurring objections, and market changes into Ivo’s positioning, messaging, and product conversations.
