Key Responsibilities
Manage large-scale pharmaceutical facility projects, including expansions, compliance upgrades, and process improvements, ensuring adherence to cGMP standards.
Provide technical leadership for complex projects, directing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP, international standards).
Develop detailed project specifications, RFQs, and documentation for engineering and construction projects, collaborating with A&E firms and vendors.
Oversee design, modification, and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical systems (HVAC, clean steam, WFI, electrical) in aseptic sterile manufacturing environments.
Autonomously manage capital and expense projects using structured project management methodologies (scheduling, budgeting, documentation).
Contribute expertise in pharmaceutical construction methods and regulatory requirements to align projects with company and regulatory objectives.
