Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $85,000 – $135,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.



Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across channels. The role is hands-on with budgets, creative, and analytics — driving CAC, conversion, and ROAS through disciplined experimentation.


Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok

- Manage paid budget allocation across channels and campaigns

- Build and ship landing pages, ad creative, and audience segments

- Run a continuous testing program on creative, audiences, and bidding

- Track CAC, ROAS, and LTV; report on channel performance weekly

- Partner with creative, lifecycle, and analytics teams on integrated growth


Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4+ years running paid acquisition at scale ($1M+ annual budget)

- Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

- Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution and incrementality testing

- Working knowledge of GA4, ad-side analytics, and tracking tools

- Experience briefing creative for paid social and search

- Bias for testing, measurement, and rapid iteration
