Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits globally, ensuring legal compliance and superior client experience
Provide first-level HR support for workplace concerns, progressive discipline, and termination negotiations
Draft, administer, and audit termination documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders (legal, payroll, government bodies) to ensure offboarding compliance
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-driven solutions for HR lifecycle operations
Serve as subject-matter expert for offboarding and employee relations, responding to internal/external queries
