Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, investigations and grievance cases.
Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and organizational development.
Support the setup and expansion of the Dubai office and HR infrastructure.
Manage HR budgets, payroll coordination and employee benefits.
Build and lead the HR team in Dubai.
Drive employee engagement and company culture across a multicultural workforce.
