Key Responsibilities
Support yearly appraisal and salary review processes
Analyse employee development data and provide insights
Ensure managers and employees understand HR policies and procedures
Review, propose, and develop HR policies and procedures
Maintain employment contracts and related documents
Manage employee relations cases and coach line managers
Collate and deliver ER reports and conduct exit interviews
Handle absence reporting and action plans
Ensure offers and candidate records are logged with contractual information
Take part in the induction program
Complete ad-hoc reporting and business analysis
Follow up on annual compliance completion
Manage visa processes in accordance with Home Office regulations
Lead relocation assistance for internal employees
Support contract, salary, bonus, and benefit adjustments
Manage the leaver process for exiting employees
Support recruitment-related tasks
Research and undertake specific projects and ad-hoc tasks
