Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a scalable, structured hiring process (intake to offer) with interview frameworks, scorecards, and hiring manager enablement
Build and manage HR operations across Germany and Cyprus, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and GDPR for all HR/candidate data
Lead HRIS (Personio) setup, data accuracy, and process consistency for both entities, including payroll provider partnerships
Define and implement HR policies, handbooks, and compensation benchmarks aligned with EU Pay Transparency Directive
Source and manage external recruiters/headhunters while building employer brand and candidate experience for a stealth-to-scale company
Partner with founders and stakeholders to define HR roadmap, KPIs, and reporting cadence for leadership visibility
Support visa/relocation processes for international hires and lead international employment setups (EoR)
