Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain the Frontline Employees Database system, consolidating employee profiles, access data, time-off tracking, shift planning, and operational metrics.

Develop and automate workflows in n8n for internal processes, including integrations with HR and enterprise systems.

Design and optimize PostgreSQL data structures for custom internal solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Build internal applications and user interfaces in Retool for HR and operational workflows.

Integrate HR and enterprise systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom logic in Python/JavaScript.

Test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain built solutions while handling ~20% internal support requests.

Collaborate with HR, Operations, People Partners, and Support to extend system scope and integrations (e.g., HiBob, Ashby).

Grow MVPs into robust internal products as business needs evolve.
