Key Responsibilities

Define future user journeys and service concepts, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals

Translate research insights into actionable design recommendations for development teams

Facilitate cross-functional workshops, co-creation sessions, and Design Thinking activities

Collaborate with Business Process Analysts to gather and translate user insights

Contribute to shaping the future roadmap, including new features and user group integrations
