Key Responsibilities
Own design for the core aspects of hospitality service: sales flow on the POS, floor plan during service, kitchen display, receipts and cash management.
Make paying the easy part: checkout, splitting the bill, tips and service charges, settling up, and the terminals staff use to take payment.
Own the design system in the native app, ensuring the whole Tebi platform shares one design DNA.
Work AI-first and design AI into the product, prototyping in code and shipping UI yourself.
Champion merchants by getting close to the people who run their business on Tebi and helping the whole company understand them.
Shape what we build by working with the PM and engineers on which problems we take on and how we solve them.
Help the whole team level up by mentoring, giving feedback, and helping other designers do their best work.
