Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close for individual-contributor and leadership positions

Recruit across commercial and technical profiles including Engagement Managers, Strategic Project Leads, engineers, and support functions

Drive high-volume sourcing, outbound outreach, candidate calls, and pipeline development

Partner directly with company leadership to map hiring needs and define profiles

Evaluate candidates from high-growth startups and high-talent-density organizations

Represent the company externally to senior candidates in competitive markets

Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and evidence-based evaluation

Build and implement practical recruiting systems while maintaining daily execution

Track and analyze recruiting funnel metrics including sourcing activity, conversion rates, and time to fill

Technical Skills Required

Job Description

Location: This role is fully onsite in San Francisco. For exceptional candidates, we may consider New York City. $10K housing bonus (if you live within 0.5 miles of our San Francisco office)

Schedule: 6 days a week (5 of those in person) with long hours expected (as the startup scales). In-person work hours of Mon-Fri 9 am to 7 pm (though you can leave earlier on Fridays).

Relocation: $15K relocation bonus (for moving to the Bay Area)

Referrals: We are hiring 3-5 recruiters. Know someone? We pay referral fees for successful placements.
