Work Environment

Position Summary
The Enterprise IT Support Specialist provides day-to-day technical and operational support for Enterprise IT. This role is responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, identity and access management, endpoint administration, and supporting the technologies employees rely on every day. This is more than a traditional Help Desk role. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and leveraging AI and automation to make Enterprise IT more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees across hardware, software, SaaS applications, and collaboration tools.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access changes.
- Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, user accounts, and permissions.
- Configure, deploy, and support macOS and Windows devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Document, prioritize, and resolve support requests using the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
- Maintain IT assets, software licensing, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve Enterprise IT operations.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Enterprise IT, or Systems Administration.
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications and ITSM platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Jamf, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Jira Service Management.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other automation tools.
