A leading healthcare network in the Great Lakes Market is seeking a talented talent acquisition professional to support four acute care facilities and a medical group across the Chicagoland area. Where You’ll Focus Your Impact
- Execute targeted outbound sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRMs, allocating approximately 70% of your time to driving candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill clinical and leadership positions.
- Partner strategically with assigned hiring managers to assess staffing needs.
- Evaluate, screen, and interview candidates using behavioral assessment techniques, resume reviews, and credentials checks to ensure alignment with job requirements and organization culture.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing and extending job offers, negotiating compensation packages, handling sign-on/relocation incentives, and maintaining accurate ATS records.
- Participate in on-site engagements, including Walk-in Wednesday recruitment rotations across local acute facilities, quarterly on-site Talent Acquisition days, and an initial week of training in Orlando.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent combination of a related degree and experience)
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, corporate sourcing, or clinical/leadership agency
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruitment CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern sourcing/AI technologies.
- Preferred: Prior healthcare or RPO recruitment experience, along with professional certifications (e.g., HCI, NAHCR, RACR, SHRM-CP, or PHR).
