Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with technical leaders to understand hiring needs and team priorities

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, assessment, closing, and overall candidate experience

Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations, decision drivers, and long-term goals to effectively guide and close top talent

Operate with urgency while maintaining high quality and sound judgement

Continuously refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring velocity

Leverage data to improve candidate ROI, increase conversion rates, enhance process efficiency, and inform stakeholders on hiring trends and pipeline health

Proactively identify and engage candidates through creative sourcing strategies, networks, and targeted outreach

Deliver a high quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
