Your Profile & DNA:
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to drive significant user experience improvements across complex business software applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, contextual inquiry, task analysis, and usability testing
- Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Validate designs with users through moderated and unmoderated testing
- Define UX metrics and use insights to improve user experiences
- Apply and contribute to enterprise design guidelines and design systems
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers
- Embed UX practices into Agile teams and drive user-centred design adoption

Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication & Multimedia Design, or related field
- Strong experience with user research and interaction design
- Experience designing complex enterprise or B2B applications
- Ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for UX best practices
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Experience with SAP environments
- Agile / Scrum / DevOps experience
- Figma expertise
- Experience maintaining design system libraries
- Familiarity with UX tools such as Maze, Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, or Mouseflow
