Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to ensure workforce effectiveness and alignment between employee performance and strategic business objectives

Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, organizational priorities, and employee engagement

Manage workforce planning and staffing activities, ensuring teams have the right talent, structure, and capabilities to achieve business goals

Support the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding processes

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives by creating a positive work environment and supporting long-term employee growth

Implement and maintain HR processes, policies, and practices while ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency

Monitor key HR metrics including employee engagement, turnover, workforce efficiency, and satisfaction levels to identify improvement opportunities

Partner with managers and employees to improve the effectiveness and perception of HR support across the business unit

Manage HR-related projects and initiatives, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution
