Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure employees contribute to strategic objectives and business performance

Manage workforce planning and staffing initiatives, ensuring teams have the right talent, capabilities, and organizational structure to support growth

Drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives by creating an environment where people are motivated, productive, and committed to long-term success

Implement and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, and offboarding

Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics, employee feedback, engagement metrics, turnover data, and business needs

Support managers with coaching, people-related decisions, and the implementation of effective leadership practices

Monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and continuously improve the employee experience across distributed international teams
