Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Collaborate directly with nursing and clinical leaders across our regional hospital facilities to forecast staffing needs, review attrition rates, and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess high-volume candidates utilizing behavioral interview techniques.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate comprehensive job offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, seasonal contracts, and counter-offers, while serving as a subject matter expert on corporate benefits and policies.
- Step away from the desk to visit facility departments (such as Hendersonville, Asheville, and Columbus) for quarterly or monthly community events, coverage needs, and face-to-face alignment with hiring managers.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant work experience (Required)
- Must reside within 1 hour of Hendersonville, NC (Required)
- Proven proficiency in navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruitment CRMs, the Microsoft Office Suite, and cutting-edge AI sourcing tools.
- Holding an active PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a major plus
