Key Responsibilities
Drive global revenue strategy by securing new enterprise business and expanding existing accounts, consistently surpassing ARR targets
Build and scale a world-class sales organization through hiring, mentorship, and structured performance management
Establish and execute repeatable go-to-market strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand across divisions
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align messaging, pipeline generation, and customer outcomes
Enhance sales operations by optimizing pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and adoption of sales methodologies
