Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute campaigns across marketing activations, paid media, CRM, content, creators, and affiliates.
Develop clear plans, briefs, deadlines, and measurable targets from company priorities.
Manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely progress of campaigns and projects.
Coordinate internal team members, freelancers, and partners to deliver quality work on schedule.
Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to support launches, promotions, and updates.
Create and review campaign copy and promotional messaging consistent with the brand.
Monitor campaign spending and analyze metrics related to player acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
Test new marketing ideas, optimize underperforming efforts, and establish repeatable successful processes.
Identify gaps, solve problems proactively, and report results and issues to leadership.
