Key Responsibilities

Own paid media strategy and performance across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Manage agency partners, set KPIs, allocate budgets, review campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives and brand standards.

Lead the transition from agency-managed campaigns to in-house execution, including campaign optimization, tooling, and process documentation.

Partner with merchandising to prioritize SKUs, manage inventory constraints, and support product launches, clearance, and refurbished inventory.

Direct Meta campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, product launches, and promotional initiatives, including creative testing strategies.

Experiment and expand into additional paid channels (e.g., Reddit, LinkedIn, affiliate marketing, influencer/creator campaigns) with clear success metrics.

Oversee reporting, forecasting, attribution, and performance dashboards to drive ROI and data-informed decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, lifecycle marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
