Job Description
As a Communications Specialist, you will lead the execution of our vaccine products and internal communications. Responsible for communication to internal and external audiences in alignment with the company’s priorities while continuously partnering with other functions to demonstrate value of our vaccines products and extend access to solutions that prevent infectious diseases. We are seeking a trusted advisor as communication expert who can turn ideas into reality and build trustworthy internal and external relations with ethics and integrity.

Vaccine Communications
- Establish strategic & operational communication plans aligned to our Vaccine Business unit.
- Create engaging and impactful public relations activities to extend access to our vaccines.
- Develop narratives and media outreach on our leadership in Vaccines HPV, Pneumococcal, Pediatrics etc.
- Support progress in key NIPs and key pipeline launches.
- Amplify key regulatory and data milestones and raise disease awareness in local media.
- Conduct liaison with the business unit to align comm strategy and brand campaigns with business needs.
- Work directly with public relations agencies and consult their activities with strategic direction.
- Protect our vaccines products’ value against negative issues and potential crisis.
- Manage strategic and trustworthy media relations with ethics and integrity.
Internal communications
- Lead the ideation and planning of internal communications strategy.
- Develop content for internal announcements to effectively share the strategic direction of the company with employees.
- Execution of corporate reputation related or internal project, events, and meetings (town hall meetings) to enhance employees’ engagement.
This is 1 year fixed term position.
