Talent Acquisition Lead

In this role you'll lead our high performing team of Recruiters and drive talent acquisition strategy to achieve Mayflower hiring plans. You will partner with the Leaders across a span of Tech, Product Management, Growth, Operations and other functions to help them source and attract top candidates.
