As the Brand Manager for Puffy in Dubai, you will spearhead our branding initiatives, crafting innovative campaigns and strategies to solidify our presence in the market. This role involves comprehensive brand strategy development, campaign execution, and consistent market research to align with our ambitious growth objectives.

What You Will Do:

1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Puffy’s mission and business objectives.
2. Campaign Management: Create and execute innovative brand campaigns to establish a distinct brand position for Puffy in the US mattress industry.
3. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand US audiences, their preferences, and emotional and need-based triggers. Utilize insights to craft compelling brand messages.
4. Product Branding: Brand Puffy products and their specific elements to ensure high recall and differentiation in the market.
5. Brand Creation: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content for various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
7. Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for marketing strategy development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and innovation in marketing approaches and campaign management.
• In-depth knowledge of the US market with an ability to integrate consumer insights into brand strategies.
