Key Responsibilities
Own the execution and strategy of email marketing, including designing, setting up, and managing automated customer and lead journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Write clear, engaging email copy, compelling subject lines, and effective CTAs tailored for B2B audiences
Support campaign setups, landing page preparation, and website administration (WordPress) to ensure seamless conversion tracking, UX/UI optimization, and web performance
Analyze campaign performance, email open rates, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and SFMC reporting tools to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous optimization
Serve as a versatile digital expert within the team, providing operational support, cross-functional collaboration, and reliable coverage for digital initiatives across channels
