Key Responsibilities

Develop growth plans per channel and market, steering budget allocation and setting targets for CAC, MER, and contribution margin.

Manage forecasting and weekly steering in collaboration with Finance and the Management Board.

Lead and develop four department heads, expanding PODs and market teams while filling key roles.

Establish standards, playbooks, and weekly business reviews while making rapid decisions.

Actively work in ad accounts, creatives, funnels, and flows, handling copy, ads, briefings, and tracking when necessary.

Own the measurement stack, ensuring clean dashboards and data quality.

Develop rollout playbooks for new markets and scale them profitably.

Collaborate closely with Product & Purchasing, Tech & Shop, Legal, Customer Service, and the Affiliate Club.
